The arithmetic that has to close

Before publication, one equation gets no vote and no excuses: start, minus everything staked, plus everything returned, must land exactly on the final balance the screen showed.

It lands. A session that misses this equation is thrown away and re-run, whatever else it contained.

Balances are read from the session log at the moment each checkpoint was fixed; bonus rows record the balance at the spin that opened the round.

Two mechanics share one ledger here. BONUS hens open a Hold and Win board, barn scatters start Free Spins, and the registry keeps both in strict order of arrival. A round's payout is the sum of what its spins collected, and every row was recomputed from the raw entries before printing.

Round payouts are checked two ways: each against the balance ledger around its round, and all thirty together against the session totals. The split closes exactly: 1,459.75 from the base game + 1,238.25 from the rounds = 2,698.00 returned. Within the rounds, the fifteen boards paid 697.00 and the fifteen Free Spins 541.25.

Round 8 is the session's best and a useful anatomy lesson: its board filled fifteen of the twenty cells and settled at 98.00, of which 28.00 came from plain hen values and 70.00 from a MINI and a MINOR landing on the same board. Round 3 reached the same fifteen-cell fill and paid 28.00, which is the whole argument for printing every round instead of the flattering ones.

How this was logged

One sitting on 27 July 2026, 5 hours 54 minutes at a flat 1.00 stake, launched from the same pop-up link the demo shelf uses. The balance was fixed at every checkpoint above, a timestamped frame of the screen was kept throughout, and after the close the totals were rebuilt from the recorded spins and set against the on-screen final.
